HellaSecret Speakeasy Comedy Oakland Concert reviews

I discovered HellaSecret Speakeasy Comedy about 1 year ago and took my kids (11 & 13) to the show. They have memorized his comedy album and laugh every time they hear/recite it. Needless to say, we were so excited to attend and had high expectations going in. He did not disappoint, from the very beginning with jokes about great and so-so doctors, through fixing global warming, walking on the moon, his kids jumping on his head, and awkward social greetings. We got more than we bargained for - hilarious! We knew he comes out for an encore and takes requests on previous material, having seen his DVD of previous concerts. His encore covered the "spelling bee" and "science fair project," which are our favorite bits. The only weird thing was seeing him come out with bleached hair that looked grey under the house lights. Both my kids commented that "he looks so old like that." All in all, it was an awesome night of comedy, and we can't wait for this to come out on DVD or CD.
